Location and property

First of all I must thank the behavior of the staff, it was really helpful. The location is right in front of Trident, but the way to reach the Maritan is too steep down. We reached at around 3.30 pm but the room was not ready though the check in time was 12.00 pm. We had to wait but got it soon. The room is spacious, but bathroom was little slippery and smelly. We had booked the premium room but all the amenities mentioned were not there like hair dryer, mini fridge, iron and iron stand etc. We had to ask for hair dryer, we got it but had to return back as there were only 3/ 4 dryers in whole hotel as per the information we received. They were circulating it through the rooms as per demand. The rooms,were clean though. The breakfast buffet was good. When asked they served Aloo paratha too ,thanks for that. The parking for cars was nearby the hotel but open one. The breakfast room was quite small though. Generally check out time can be extended for 2 hours as per request if booking is not done. We were asked to check out in time ,with extended half an hour. There was no booking though as I checked myself, but I was asked to sit in the lobby. If you don't get room anywhere else in that area then you can get in this hotel. It's ok.

They did not even had sambhar along with dosa and idli , that’s the very basic one could ask for . A lot can be improved

Had a great stay for the business trip ! Well amenities were on right on the spot with the food being served on time , loved the taste as well .

If you are looking to get accommodation closer to VAC (US Biometric center), opt fpr iBis Hotel. It is few meters away but much better choice. Rooms at Maritan are poorly maintained. Bathroom has no water, room windows had no curtains, etc. Do not fall for any other review, I stayed here and I am providing first hand reviews.

Need to arrange proper parking. Breakfast quality should be increase. Rooms and room service is good.

Stay was quite comfortable. Few things have to be taken care like TV was not working inspite of repeated complaint no body responds. Room is specious. Breakfast was quite satisfactory with different items daily. Attendant were polite and helpful
