the entire property is being renovated, so much so that the front door was shut. The rooms haven't been renovated for atleast 20 years and certainly not maintained. lift from the 80s, hallways and corridors with smelly and stained carpets. in the room, Torn wallpaper, flaking polish, bathroom door and vanity stained. tiles broken at the edges, housekeeping just about ok. linen and towels more grey than white, lumpy pillows. OVERALL JUST VERY SAD.

We had a great stay . Rooms are spacious and bright , recently renovated I presume . More important the staff is extremely courteous and cooperative .

Rennovation : Hotel is under renovation and effect fresh air dirty ground floor . This should b informed earlier. Really disappointed

Hotel Madhuvan was on Rajpur road and near to Mussoorie diversion.
Room was Big and bedding was clean and hygienic. Construction was happening on ground floor but there was no obstacle in room

Good Stay
Food is good, room service is good, but the price of buffet breakfast is little high. Renovation of some parts is going on, so there are some nuisance around.

Excellent Stay
Courteous staff. Especially mr. Bhatt in hotel restaurant really won heart. He was extremely caring and available around whenever we were dining. Reception staff also found responsive for all needs. Quality of food less than none. Ambience, hygiene found extremely good. Location of hotel madhuban is another plus point being very near from city, especially ghantaghar and paltan bazar.

Terrible Stay
2 rooms deluxe executive booked at the hotel in afternoon through make my trip. But called in evening staying can't allot the rooms through make my trip and will need to pay in cash at hotel rs. 18000- to avail the room facility. On escalation to mm t the executive from mm t said hotel is not responding the call hence need to take another hotel option. Madhuban is non reliable place, do not waste money and time for it. They are worthless to spend your time.

Good stay but poor service
familyProperty's location and infrastructure was very good. Service was very bad. Basic facilities like tv and internet were lagging. Housekeeping never answered the calls. Food was not very great, and bit expensive based on the quality.

More than value for money stay at hotel madhuba
Madhuban hotel dd n is conveniently located and had awesome rooms with all basic amenities. Also the food was decent and the room service throughout the stay was excellent.
