The property is nice and fairly new, but unfortunately, our overall stay wasn’t great due to multiple issues.
The breakfast had very limited options, and the buffet food quality was poor—though the à la carte menu was decent. The staff, especially at the reception, needs better training in handling guest concerns. We faced issues with the washroom, but when I shared my feedback, the receptionist seemed dismissive and more focused on defending rather than resolving the problem.
The room lighting was also quite dim, making the space feel dull. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a functional exhaust, which further impacted the comfort.
While the infrastructure shows promise, service quality and attention to basic amenities need major improvement
