The place was very inside 5 km from main road. There was nothing around. Don’t suggest to go there if you don’t have your personal vehicle. The place doesn’t have a car of there own to facilitate till main road and it’s very inside. So you can give it a pass. The breakfast was average.

Excellent stay and very good premises. Bread served during breakfast was not fresh. So avoided lunch and dinner at ataraxia since we were unsure of the food quality since there were no other guests during our stay. Barring this, the stay was excellent, staff was courteous.

Very poor service and untrained staff

groupI stayed earlier on the day when the hotel was inaugurated and i stayed again as i liked the location and good quality construction of the hotel. But both times i got disappointed with the service. Earlier i thought it's day one for them but this time service was even worse. We ordered tea, sandwiches etc from the restaurant, after keeping us waiting for 1 hour, order was cancelled. Never eat at the restaurant as it takes ages to serve. There is a pool area at the hotel which was given for a private party so you couldn't access that. Attitude of the staff was very bad and most of the staff was untrained and very slow. There were false charges at the bill which needed to be corrected after a lot of effort. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel if you want to peacefully enjoy your stay. There are many better options in the same area, explore them first.

The resort was awesome, its located in the midst of forest with great view and lot of inst a worthy location to click selfies. The interior of the resort is very well designed with modern sensibilities in mind. Also wanted to highlight that the food taste good!

Nicely built and kept resort property
