The room was in terrible condition. The room, bed bathroom were in bad condition. Very small room. Needs renovation

staff behaviour very bad and room like dharmshala 3rd category ki dharmshala. very bad very very bad rooms.

Good place for people wanting to rest and move further. Location is prime.

Budget friendly hotel, rooms were clean. Hoever, no sunlight & windows in the rooms. Only budget conscious travellers should prefer stay here.

Room, bed lightings were ok but i have travel-led in winter season therefore i expected to get a hot water supply or geyser to get hot water. Hotel was not able to provide such facility, i would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

If you compare to a price it was a decent stay if you are looking for a one day stay as it was very close to railway station and most of the trekking pick up points. Hot water was only available from 6am till afternoon. They can improve a bit in hygiene as bed sheets were not clean and flush was not working but the hotel staff was helpful. One can find good pure vegetarian food options nearby only.

Pros good hotel for business/transit stay for couple of nights. Great location/proximity to railway station good and courteous staff and service reception staff helpful with local information cons most of the rooms don't have windows

Location, food, amenities and services are very good. Location is in the heart of city near to railway station. Food are delicious. Services very fast. Enjoyed here for 4 nights stay.

It was a little shady place, small rooms in big corridor not really couple friendly. Employees are not trained and poor cleaning service

Very average rooms. The condition of bed was bad. No maintenance. No proper room allotment process. They allot whichever room is available irrespective of the type of room booked on mmt. After complaining, they asked us to all our belongings to a new room which had some paint work going-on. Very uncomfortable stay.

Stay was decent. The basic room size was very small. So we had to upgrade it to a bigger room

Worst hotel I have seen in my last 20 years of travel. In 2022 I can't even imagine a hotel without geysar (person used to carry hot water bucket and deliver it to rooms). I can't even expect a hotel to not even give drinking water bottels. They used to send one person to fill a jug which was kept in the room that too was also in such a bad condition (with lot of fungus) Hotel staff was rude and not willing to listen. In this hotel everything was worst. Bad was stinking, fungus on walls etc..

My stay was good decent rooms clean and hygienic rooms and toilets staff is very polite thanks hotel doon regency for providing us comfortable stay

I booked ac luxury room at hotel doon regency and room was quite spacious wifi was there i ordered room service it was fair enough as per the pricing of this hotel room is worth enough to stay at hotel doon regency keep it up guys

That's not gud hotel for family tour. First after online booking they provide cheap & dirty bedroom & washroom also not clean, in winter no hot warm water in washroom. & first they provide us staff blanket for use bit when we object then they provide proper blanket. Tv remote not working. Bedsheet or blanket so thin, in winter we can't sleep full night after pay of room rent we awake-up full night. Bhul ke bhi yeh hotel book na kare.

We ordered a tea and it took more than 15 mins and there was an cockroach and he just threw it and didn't even wash the cup

No hygiene, room are very old and no proper cleaning. All tea coffe are chargeable. Even daily water bottle also chargeable. Do not book breakfast because they will not give u option for this.
