We truly enjoyed the food at the hotel — every meal was delicious, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service with great attention to detail. Their hospitality and friendliness made our dining experience wonderful. However, we were quite disappointed with the room hygiene. The cleanliness standards did not meet expectations, and we hope the management takes steps to improve this aspect, as it affects the overall guest experience. Absolutely exceptional stay! I honestly don’t know what to compliment more—the property, the food, the staff, or the overall experience—because everything was flawless. The view from our room was breathtaking, and I couldn’t stop admiring it A special shout-out to Aayush at the reception, who was on night duty—a shift that is usually tougher, yet he went above and beyond. I’ve stayed at many highly-rated hotels, but never experienced such thoughtful service. Not only did he ensure our stay was hassle-free and even arranged a last-minute airport cab, but he also helped us with our late-night cravings by arranging food when my husband was unwell. He truly went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying every part of the experience, especially the warm hospitality.

The hotels location is good. The river beside is seasonal so don't expect it to be flowing and scenic for every season. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The buffet spread is amazing, I loved their breakfast buffets. Only missing element is that they did not have any arrangements for drivers stay (if you're traveling with one).
