Hi, i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Ramada Dehradun on 11Aug-14Aug. The experience was far below the standards promised by your brand and utterly unacceptable for a property carrying the Ramada name.
This booking was made for my in-laws, with the expectation of providing them a comfortable and premium experience, instead the condition of the room and the quality of service caused significant embarrassment to me and my family. From the moment they checked in, the room allocated was in deplorable condition. Despite paying for premium experience the facilities were substandard and lacked basic upkeep. The service was equally disappointing e.g staff were unresponsive to repeated complaints, delays in housekeeping, lack of courtesy. Such negligence is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your commitment to guest satisfaction. The AC was not working in delux executive room, Water was not coming in bathroom etc.
