Hotel Grand Cassel

Being a 4 star hotel it was absolutely not maintained that way. After entering the hotel there was a strong smell of garbage. Fortunately we got a decent clean room. But overall it was very disappointing. Even the breakfast was pathetic, it taste really bad i couldn't even it more than one bite. Looks like the material used to prepare that food was very old or expired.

Neither the lift was working nor the telephone in the room was working. I had to go downstairs again and again and the lift from above was not working.

this is the worst hotel i have ever seen. nothing is available. they have menu and ask for any food they will say no and at last they will say to order from out side as food is not available . while serving tea u will get insects in the plate. no water in the washroom. terrible experience. this is the worst hotel i have ever seen. nothing is available.

Hotel room are dirty and smalling bedsheets dirty washroom get look not working I have very bed experience .

The hotel was okayish. Not so clean. There was no hot water. Staff have water in buckets. Food we ordered was not hot. Bathroom was real mess. Only staff Vimal was good.

You get companion in room along with.Not one not two many of them. When asked hoteliers about this their reaction was like...no problem I will change the room.Such a sick night stay i have ever had.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Castle and had a mixed experience. The location of the hotel is quite good, and the staff were cordial and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The quality of the food served was excellent—flavorful and satisfying across all meals. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room maintenance was below expectations. The telephone in the room wasn’t functional, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. I also noticed a bit of fungus on one of the walls, which should be addressed promptly for guest comfort. Additionally, the high tea was underwhelming. It only included tea and coffee—some cookies or pastries would have made it feel more complete. The breakfast spread was also limited in variety. With some attention to room upkeep and more thoughtful food offerings, especially during high tea and breakfast, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

According to online booking 3 room not provided 2 room provided room service not good 1 room bathroom service very bad according to room service and bathroom not provided very slow process breakfast service not good. Very bad experience in this hotel

The staff's behaviour was good,but cleaning was not good in the room. There were some items which were missing specifically in the bathroom.

Bathroom not so clean as it should be..Room was having Termite issues.. suggest better options rather than such average Hotels with respect to the prices they charged... charges but not value of this charges of customers....

Location is good. Almost negligible facilities of food even at night there was no drinking water. Breakfast which was included in the package was limited to aloo paratha and poori sabji (of mashed potatoes). Along with tea. Toilets were not cleaned and the door of wardrobe was not working. Sorry 😔 not worth recommending to anyone.

Room size was very good. but service was okay. there was no restaurant inside the hotel and the food which they send in the room was average.
