Comfortable Stay with Great Hospitality
The rooms were very neat, clean, and comfortable, and the staff treated us with great care, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was good, but it would be even better if more South Indian dishes were added to the menu. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and truly worth the stay. It would definitely feel like a 5-star experience if the hotel also had a spa facility.

95% - A Great Hotel; 5% - Needs wor
Pros: Centrally located, very clean and well maintained. The best part is the staff, they tried to go an extra mile everytime to ensure our stay was comfortable. Shout out to Mr. Bhatt at the frontdesk and to Chef Ramesh in the restaurant, for really understanding our needs and making sure those were cared for. Thank you Mr. Bhatt & Chef Ramesh! Cons: There is a need for communication capabilty improvement, like listening as against just hearing, which caused some undesirable discomfort / inconvenience. Also, maybe behavioral training for the senior management staff in the restaurant, to make them good examplary leaders instead of creating confusion through interference. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly like to stay there again.

WILL RECOMMEND
The stay was exceptional. During entry there was security check which made us feel safe to stay. Hotel was hygienic and clean. Breakfast and dinner were good. Special mention to Mr Bhat from front desk who was very cordial, kind and helpful. Mr Rakesh from dining was also great. Will recommend Hotel Aketa.

soloI had a great stay at hotel aketa, dehradun. The location on rajpur road is convenient, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is courteous. Room was good but they shut water guiser in midnight in december. And wifi also not working. Breakfast is good staff is polite.

familyNo value of words and no proper hygiene, no proper food menu with limited access. People will force you to eat ch-ole bhature which is the only good option as a breakfast

Wonderful stay with nice peop
I have seen the property many a times whenever i came dehradun but never got chance to stay. Earlier my seniors used to stay here and there feedback was wonderful. So, this time when i got chance so i preferred staying in the property. Hotel has a big lawn and good parking space too.
