The property location is on sahastradhara road. The room and washroom was clean. Staff behaviour should be customer friendly.

Food is average. Breakfast lacked variety and was of average quality. Accommodation was decent. The door sensor malfunctioned so we had to ask for master key everytime we went out of the room. Location is good. Staff is coordial and courteous.

The stay was very comfortable. It being a new property furniture & other things are good. We don’t avail room service during stay. However, food in restaurant & morning b/f was delicious. Wi-fi is quite weak

The stay at tivoli cititel dehradun wasn't satisfactory. While the property is great, the service is absolutely zero. Seemingly they don't check the room for basic supplies before a new guest checks-in. Intercom is not working. Housekeeping is not attending. Rest you can inagine what it would be like. Overall great property, zero service. Thanks!

Stay was average, bathrooms were pathetic. Door handle broke, water logging etc. However, room service was fine and staff was cordial. For that budget it makes sense.

Good room, good amenities shaving and toothbrush kit was provided on asking parking was ample to park 6-8 cars good fixtures breakfast was not on buffet, however everything was served on platter overall a very good experience

Lovely hotel and best things about it is cleanliness. But since it's fairly new, small things like slippers and things aren't provided. They have a nice ambience. Nice restaurant upstairs. Must go to stay if you are visiting dehradun. Kind staff too
