    Terrible Stay

    Very pathetic experience at hotel. 1. Very unhygienic and unsafe lift. Not following safety standards, even lift buttons are broken and double sided tapes are places on the button which could lead to electronation. 2. Bad odour and uncleaned bed linens. 3. Worst experience at bathroom a. No towels until next day morning after repeated calls b. Power buttons broken in bathroom and all the water sprinkles over the switch c. Tap keeps open and doesn't close and lead to water wastage all the time and not resolved even after multiple calls. D. Pathetic bucket and no mug available. Will never visit to the hotel again in future so didn't take picture.

    Bed were stinky bathroom door was not closing chicken was stale in chicken biryani. Water bottles price were printe rs 10 for 500 ml in the menu and were charged rs 20 per bottle.

    I was staying in this place, place was compact, i adjusted, wifi was good, food was not that good, cleaning is fine, and reception person was good and they helped with everything and ac gave me some trouble because it was not adjusting, washroom tap was leaking and sounding and overall it was an average stay for me and they are helpful for queries and resolved quickly whenever needed.     Property is in heart of city. But all the bathroom taps were leaking. The bathroom door latch was broken. The door lock knob was also not working.

    Disappointing Stay with Poor Maintenance

    The hotel was in terrible condition with an old, musty smell throughout. The room was filthy—bubble gum stuck to the walls, stained and hair-covered sheets, and a bathroom with a strong odor and leaking pipes. To top it off, they provided two small water bottles with seals already broken, and when I requested replacements, they charged me ₹40 for a ₹30 bottle. The overall experience was unpleasant and certainly not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here.

    Overpriced stay with less facilities.

    We reached the property around 11 pm, before that we tried to contact the property but no one picked the call. We call at least 7-8 times. Also 1 of their number was not in service. When we reached the property their lift was not working and we had to take the stairs up to 3 floors. The room was too small ror the price we paid there. And also there was dampness issue. If it was worth 500/600 it was good.

    This property is situated on main road within comertial building but they their personal entry. They have their own lift. We haven’t tried their food but they have non veg and veg both. Service is average.
