Good place but not perfect
Toilet is not clean and didn't have hot water in toilets. I didn't able to get plain water because there is no RO and need to purchase bottled water. Food quality is good and staff is very cooperative and hostel mates are also very good.

Outstanding customer service
Even after arriving late in the night, the guy in the reception helped us a lot and prepared food which was delicious. Highly recommended.

Poorly maintained. Poor services. Dirty room. Television not working. No extra towel. No extra bed. Disappointed.

Decent stay
I took a female bunk room and it was just fine. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There is nothing low or nothing high about the place. For the price youpay, you get. Being a female solo traveler, there is nothing to worry.

Rishikesh is beautiful place, But hotel
Location is good, non AC rooms are small But AC rooms spacious, sporting staff.

Peaceful stay
Stay was nice and happily ended. You have to always to bus stand by walk. Amenities were also OK. One must ask 123 reception for any repairing for room they always try to suffice your needs staff was friendly.

Big rooms
At first the care taker didn't allow 3 person per room even when we have booked the same. Later he has allowed it when we have shown the reservation slip few Rooms are small but spacious bathrooms

Good location
Except for location and clean room don't expect anything much. It's a basic hotel on lines of a hostel. The ratings are exaggerated in most local and international websites. Keep this as a back up option. It's value for money though
