Stay far away

i arrived 3pm on my first of days at this hotel, room was supposed to be ready at 12pm for check-in but they made me wait till an hour after i arrived for the room to be ready which wasn't even the deluxe room i booked but a crammed standard room. Once i brought this up to management it was another 2 hr wait to finally get my room which should have been ready 12pm. Room had stains on the chairs, sheets and pillow so beware. The rooms with windows are the worst, the windows don't close at all as they are completely broken so all the pollution in the air outside is in your room and not to mention you hear everything as if your outside in your room as your trying to get some sleep. Lastly all the staff are are very rude (expect the cleaning woman) and will openly ignore you when you ask them something, and if you come or leave early morning hours won't open the door (as it's locked) for you when your right there knocking and calling out to them, when they are sleeping on the couch not even 30cm away from the door again ignoring you.

Terrible Stay

I selected a room for 3persons but hotel refused to give 3beds. I paid rs. for two days, hotel refused to give room in same rate and asked me rs. 2000 more. Pols help. And return my money back.

Thank you family for your valuable feedback !! we are always ready for give better services to our customer , Hopefully see you again 😊 actually this customer booking for standard room with 3 adults in standard room only double bed and they asking for 3 bed at same time for standard booking , and for see HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITION if customer denied for take booking room that what they are booked and wants to upgrade another room and its always chargeable and we did same we provide 2 beds 1 big room and we charged actual upgrade price but its higher then new booking for this same room we hope customer will understand our polices too and please corporate with another bookings in future

Hotel not up to the mark with price

Not good, they even not keep the basic things like glass n cups u have to chase them for every thing prices are even high side they providing the same room in lower price. Good to book hotel when u reached there

Stay was okay

Lets me start with good things - the food was good, dinner, breakfast was tasty and not very spicy. Even the food served for the kids were good. The food price was also nominal. The hotel manager maherban was really great and helped with all related questions. The main opportunity area was in the room service and cleanliness. The waiters served food in dirty plates etc which was not great. The room cleaning was also not proper initially, but after maherban's intervention it was okay. Overall i recommend this hotel and i wish them all the best for listening all the feedback and asking for evidence to rectify for future.

New property, clean and walkable distance to golden temple

New property, clean and walkable distance to golden temple, jallianwala bagh, partition museum. Ac, light, fan, hot water avaiable and wifi was not working. Good for family stay but if you are working on internet, you may need to work on you own mobile hotspot
