Awesome stay. Staff very much helpful. Perfect stay if you want to enjoy at Dharamshala only.

Room are too big. Staff and service very much helpful. Food quality are good. But only problem is little strict for checkout, maybe because of Govt undertaking.

It has been a very good experience to stay at Hotel The Kunal. The room was big and was equipped with all necessary facilities (including wifi). The food quality was also good and reasonably priced. The staff was quite gentle and polite and rendered all possible services including providing a cab on our request at The time of check-out.

Staff were humble and supportive but The only maintenance part was not good in this Hotel, being a tourist hotspot it should be clean and maintained properly to encourage tourists to come this place again and again.

Location wise, hospitality wise, comfortwise10 out of 10, great restaurant and prompt service.

Nice location, good ambience, excellent behavior of staff, proper and clean housekeeping. All of these makes the hotel full paisa wasool.

The hotel is located not far from the market and the bus stand. It is decently maintained and is value for money.

Good location with big size rooms, food is also good. Location is one of The best in Town, rooms could have been better maintained. Small maintenance and care like grouting can also help Hotel to be in better position.

The mattresses given were smelly and the pillow were moldy with fungus clearly growing on it. The bed was chipped/broken at corners and bathroom had no exhaust. In short a worst experience.

Just an okay kind of Hotel. Without any frills like privately owned and managed Hotel. Food is good

If you are looking for a short stay in Dharamshala then Kunal is a nice place to stay. The property belongs to Himachal Govt. The staff is kind and courteous. It's safe for a family time. The food is cooked by their local Himachali staff, it's tasty and served on order. In totality its a clean and convenient place.

This is my first visit to Dharamshala and I Am happy that my friend there arranged accommodation for me in Hotel Kunal. The setting is marvellous as it has The feel of mountains and The serenity of brooks. The Hotel staff are amazingly friendly, courteous and very much majestic. The restaurant is elegantly maintained. Thank to Himachal Pradesh tourism for providing such an unforgettable experience
