    Very good location. Very good rooms. Untrained staff. Amenities not complete. Tissue box, bath tissue not provided. Instructions for hot water heater, tv not provided. Bathroom needs to be maintained. Staff is very courteous and pleasing but needs training. If the above are addressed the property can become a first class hotel and command a higher price.

    Stay was good. Rooms were clean. Jayanthi and her staff was always available if we needed anything. Location of the hotel is in the busy area. Food, grocery, tea were all nearby. Overall it was pleasant stay for us.

    We had a frustrating experience. Despite paying at the time of booking, the hotel attempted to collect payment again during our guests' checkout. Thankfully, they called us, but it felt awkward and could have resulted in double payment. This error also delayed our guests, making it inconvenient as they were heading to the airport.

    The property has an excellent infrastructure but the hotel part is very badly managed. Rooms are spacious but up-keeping is very poor. Loose electricity fixtures, leaking flush toilets, morning tea ingredients are available without electric kettle! lack of any information about timings of restaurant & bar, breakfast timings are the most glaring one. The installed bedroom tv not functioning. Out side tv has very few channels, perhaps offered free ones. Room service is very poor. This is on making a payment of >rs. 5000/day. It's a shear wastage of money
