Ambience was good but bad air conditioning was an issue with my stay

Everything is very good here-staff, food, rooms, room service. Yes if something has to be done then 1. For hot water the tap has to be kept running for some time and there is no bucket in the bathroom. At least one bucket should be kept so that water is not wasted. 2. The PUB is very good..but there is vibration and sound in the downstairs room, is there any solution for it, otherwise the old guests who come here will not go above the 2nd floor. 3. Why is bar offer not included in the room. The guests in your room pay more than the one who comes only to the restaurant because the cost of both room service and restaurant menu is the same.

The service was excellent, food was tasty, and the property was clean and comfortable. Truly a pleasant experience

It's always a good stay but jiva shouldn't remove bar offer for rooms. So many customers not be comfortable at bar or pubs.

Very good stay at Jiva, excellent food and very professional service. The hotel is centrally located with very good facilities. Had a wonderful stay, my compliments to the staff and management.

room was just ok..they call it suite but nothing like it... no press iron was there no extra glass that they were use to put in washroom and the worst part during check out no Bell boy was provided so have to take my luggage myself down to reception and then they provided security guard to keep in my vehicle

Reception staff was very helpful n kind food was awesome room was very specious bathroom was near n clean house keeping staff was excellent
