Good Stay
My experience while staying in De'Hamray was beautiful. Location is very premium just on the heart of Sakchi market area, Jamshedpur. Food quality was up to the mark. Feel just little lack in variety. Facility provided by the property was nice. Regarding cleanliness and other complementary room facilities it was great. Thank a lot for such a wonderful property to stay peacefully...🙏

Amazing stay and great price point with something to still improve
Had to travel for work and everything was great in terms of cleanliness and a polite staff with good food. There was one major issue that we faced though, i think the hotel should have a cut off limit to the music played loudly in their own premises. At 11.50pm I had to call them and request them to atleast lower the volume because we could not even sleep. A 10.30 mark or atleast 11pm to stop loud music on a weekday seems like a valid ask. Apart from this, it was a wonderful experience

Comfortable & classy hotel stay
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a pr 19th. It's a brand new property with classy decor and well maintained facilities. The staff was polite and courteous. For those who want a hotel in central jamshedpur at it's commercial heart - de' ham-ray is a great choice. There are a couple of areas of improvement which management should pay attention to: 1) staff at the restaurant (especially at breakfast) should be better trained in guest care. They appeared aloof and half-interested to serve with attention 2) the breakfast menu needs more options. For a 4-star hotel at the price range, menu was inadequate 3) the valet system is problematic as they misplaced our keys and it delayed us during check out for a while. Please train your valet staff adequately and ensure secure storage of car keys of guests
