Property in nice and cozy. Location is central and rooms are spacious. My stay was better as I was upgraded, which was nice. Service is good. Food is a bit expensive though.

Nice location. Nice staff. The room was spacious and was very well kept. Had dinner in room. Was ok. Morning breakfast was very nice. The live counter Dosa i asked to make it thick. It was too good. Better than even specialised south Indian restaurants. Overall a good place to stay. You will find yourself in premium part of Jamshedpur. For sure next time also Sonnet.

Everything was perfect right from Check in to Check out..Spread was good and hotel is centrally located.

Excellent location.... clean hotel..... nice restaurant.... and above all very courteous and helpful staff... especially Tapas, Nilmani and Sumitra... most recommended and looking forward to staying there again.

Food was good, room was different than the picture shown at the time of booking and also due to renovation work lot of disturbance was there from the morning itself

Rook service and in dining experience was very bad as staff over look what we are saying and just pretend to do what they wish to do as per their wish

Room ok at times wifi bad and no hot water but things, where rectified with ease the smell off pepole leavening there rood doors open is, annoying

The property was very centrally located near to my venue. The breakfast, service and amenities were excellent. The hotel staff was very courteous and co-operative. The rooms were very tidy and clean and service to that was spot on. It exceeded my expectations. Need not say more as my stay explains everything.

Necessary items are available on demand only like shaving kit, dental kit, slippers etc.

The best part of our stay was, we were upgraded to a suite. The rooms were very nice but toilettories were not sufficient. Location of the property was not at the centre of the city, the main hub. Service was good, staff were polite and helpful. Food was very expensive. The breakfast spread was really nice. Will not recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

Was assigned a smoking room and requested a change. Was promptly assigned a different room however that was not upto the mark. (traffic sounds, tv and fridge not working. Hotel staff were helpful (thank you manmeet) in reassigning us to a better room

very hygiene hotel. food was very delicious and good. very good service and staff support. location is also good . they provide unlimited bisleri bottle to guests for convenience.all rooms and bathroom are very clean.. 👍

The hotel is centrally located but away from congested area. The amenities are excellent. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The food is good and the breakfast lay out is ample and tasty. I will return to this hotel whenever i go to jamshedpur.
