The hotel is conveniently located in a scenic area with great access to the main town while still offering a peaceful, quiet environment. The surrounding views of the mountains and forests add a refreshing touch, which is a welcome contrast after a long day of meetings.

My stay at the holiday in generally positive. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the hills The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, but less options . Old property

Worst experience i ever had in this hotel.

food is excellent. but rooms are not that clean . an old staff of short height is very kind and helpful.

1. Bathroom drainage was blocked and therefore the bathroom and room was stinking. Later on complaint they rectified that. 2. Food was OK and overexpensive.

Location was ok but the staff at the reception was rude no manners of how to treat a customer , o told them a day before u wish to extend the stay and u was told sir one room ll be available ll let you know , at when it was time to check out o asked is one room available they were rude and were like we should get out as we have other bookings , issue is that they were rude and said I told you many time vacate we don’t have time hence o said even I checked in after 2 as we were told to wait for 2 hours before we got the room , the room had bugs u have the video , the washroom dirty and stinky, with the kind of rudeness . The service staff was good , but the main running team / reception and management totally zero / never ever recommend this place total waste of money wish o could get my refund , pathetic. Don’t you guys even check the kind of property you people advertise have you sent your team in surprise , I also run a airbnb hence understand what hospitality means , my father a Parkinson’s patient was along and these rude people for some reason didn’t accommodate our request may be they were getting more money but the amount charged is not what we get a big zero

We were two families with kids. Location of the property is good and food quality was Ok but food services was not up to the mark. Rooms renovation were done recently but not maintained too well. They have not maintained property properly.

Stuff and manger behaviour is rude. Both of guys have ego and talking about the super deluxe room bathroom is so dirty and bathroom mirror is not cleaned I barely see my face there and room condition is average. Then don’t have generator if the lights cut just thing what happen this price range for this room is hard to digest just never ever book holiday in , in patnitop

While the hotel location is good, the room we stayed in was very dirty & unhygienic. There was foul smell & almost everything was dirty. There is absolutely no maintainance. The room was handed over as it is after previous guest stay.

They are using wrong name of the hotel. It’s not a holiday Inn. The staff not cooperative I asked for a invoice GST invoice. He told me that you need to talk to MakeMyTrip. They will issue you the GST invoice bad experience.

Location of the property is good but maintenance if bathroom and quantity of kettle in the room is in un hygienic conditions
