Extremely poor bedding old blankets no toiletries provided no comb road not cleared after snow making it impossible to reach hotel, i fell 5 times and broke my shoulder no hot water in bathroom before 8 am

Regarding the water interruption, we acknowledge that the freezing temperatures caused a brief disruption in our hot water supply. Our team worked promptly to rectify the issue. We regret to hear about the accident that occurred due to icy conditions on the road. Please note that road clearance is managed by the local administration, which resumed operations after 10 am. Variety of food is not available,
Location is good, food quality us not much good, variety of food is not available only 3-4 veg main course was available. Overall room size and amenities are good enough.

Didn't like the hotel
Whole hotel was empty the manager did not cooperate with us also there was no electricity in the hotel for 2 days. Our stay was for 3 nights but after facing these problems we had to check out next day. I didn't stay there.

We are disappointed to know that your stay at the hotel was not a comfortable one. Due to heavy snowfall and bad weather there were frequent power interruptions. Super awesome resort
This was the second time I am staying in this resort and because of their location and well-equipped rooms stay become wonderful, their staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Snow and snow
familyWe visited in January 20 and the hotel was covered with snow (however the approach road was slippery due to melting snow). Resort is walking distance of the ropeway (avoid it) and Nag Temple is further down the road. View from the hotel were great (higher rooms would have better views). Room and toilets were clean, heater was provided. Overall a good stay, however if roads are closed, it's expected, hotel should take measures to help their guests.

Great service
Rooms have really awesome valley view, sunset and sunrise actually payup for money you spent. Just 50 meters from Ropeway upper terminal. Very friendly staff, fast response to make your stay comfortable. They called in advance to take breakfast and dinner orders, and call you to restaurant serving fresh hot food. Wi-Fi in room helps to stay connected. Overall great stay in peaceful location.

A very bad experience in terms of service and food and behaviour
The hotel staff does not know about any thing which we require and they have to ask to there manager and manager not responded at the time. The staff does not know about the food which is available. And mostly food which is given in menu is not available and they take the order and tell after half an hour that this is not available. No wifi is available. No heater was available. And many which we have required and is shown in there amenities are not available.

Please note that due to adverse political situation in Jammu and kashmir, the data services were stopped by the service provider in the region. As our WiFi runs on 4G network which was not available at the time of your stay, you had to face the problem. Further, we have asked the front office staff about the room heaters and same were given in one of the rooms occupied by you. As the current temperature in near to 18 degrees the central heating system has not been started yet. Good Stay
Services provided by you are good but some amenities like quilt, shoe shine, dental kit should be there in this price and also the construction of your parking area is not good and there is little bit hurdle for my brother who is differently abled to come in your hotel parking to stairs. Vishesh.

As you re aware that a motorable ramp is being developed from the hotel car parking to the courtyard, this would enable ease of access to differently abled guests and elderly. Our hotel is spread out and guest needs to walk within the hotel to use all the services. Walking cannot be avoided in the hotel.
