Stay was good. Room is okay. No hot water available. despite asking sevaral times no use. The bar is the worst part. very unprofessional staff, harsh behaviour and very expensive rates.

Only Hotel with availability of Flexible check in. It's bar attached, even though family friendly. The room floor could have been cleaned properly. All others OK

I stayed here with my family. Warm welcoming. Parking available. Neat and hygiene rooms and wash rooms. Good food. Breakfast has limited options.

Good room, hot water available, wife available, anytime, food also good, dental kit not available, car parking aria not good and front office staff behavior not lovable.

The location was perfect and pretty much in town, rooms were clean and spacious; staff was also very helpful and food too was great.

The hotel is walking distance from the ksrtc bus stand. It also hosts a bar. We were given two rooms on the same floor as the bar. The rooms were good for the price and food was okay.

The saty was comfortable. But there was no better breakfast options available. The dinner was simply super and amenities are also okay.

Being a business traveller my priority is a clean room with amble facilities this hotel has lived up to mu expectations

Clean rooms and very good service. Quality of the food is not expected as good. But they don't provide the wifi password, i think they can easily stick or write the password in the rooms,

But the hotel hospitality is too bad

They have wonderful spacious rooms, and good cleanliness, but there was no intercom facility so room services were not upto the mark, there were some maintenance issue with the a/c, the staff were cordial and helpful. There was restaurant food was just okay but nothing to be remarked as great, setting aside small issues this place is very good option for stay.

Staff doesn't have knowledge about booking. Asking for extra charges which was already paid. Staff not courteous enough. They charged extra for half litre water bottle also
