Good balcony view in the evening and in the morning.

Drinking water is not provided as welcome treat. Asked after that. Some bad smell in the bathroom water. And dont have any tv kettle is-available no powders available. Bad experience

The rooms were filled with bugs which gave us a sleepless night. I was with my family and 2 kids. Even the representative couldn't help us with it. They don't have enough staff too.

Worst experience from hotel staffs, they dont like booking customers. They are treating worst and horrible experience

Allocated wrong room. Booked the room with balcony, but provided a room with no balcony. Rooms are not clean. The bed spreads looks tired and used. Nothing good to say. Did an early check out. No guarantee for that you will get the room u booked.

Pool not functional. No options for complimentary breakfast, what the give we need to accept that. Pool not functional. No airconditioner in rooms. For single occupancy i paid without an air conditioning system.

The rooms and view from the room balcony are excellent. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the bathroom. The a-frame is quite small for the price paid. Panchalimedu view point, valanjanganam waterfalls and ammachi kottaram are the nearby attractions and easy to visit from the hotel.

Really a good place with excellent facility. A good view of nature. Good food and very good ambiance.

Its a great place to stay. I called them 1 hour before we reach there. We got a warm welcome and the room was spacious and comfortable. Location is very beautiful and we can see the shining sun rise through the big window glasses and it is also so beautiful. Food they served was tasty and good.

It cannot be called a home stay. It's a small hotel with 10 rooms with only 1-2 staff to take care. No way it comes near to 3 star. Only 1 staff to take care. Reception don't take calls nor respond to u. A/c not available in room of - per day and as the property is facing sun directly, after 7:30 am can't stay in room. It's too hot. There was no water at 7:30 pm. And after 4-5 reminders to hotel and talking, water came at 11 pm. Breakfast they are bringing from outside, and only bread butter jam, one proper breakfast, one cut fruit and tea. No option for coffee, nor any other breakfast. Night also. Food limited to chapathi and fried rice. Only good thing is it's silent at night and not so far from main road. If u have car it's fine.

The stay was comfortable, the host arun and apachan were very friendly, the views were gorgeous, the sunrise was the highlight. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay then this is the right place at kuttikanam. Thanks

I stayed here with my family last week. We had a great time at this property. The sunrise was the highlight. It is easily accessible and a well maintained resort. The food was of good quality.
