The most pathetic stay I ever had. It is an active consultation side with dust all over the place. Everything was out of order. Intercom was not working. Nobody will be there at the reception most of the time. There was no way you can request for a service or help. They didn't even provide handwash at the bathroom. At this price range I was expecting a much better service. They mentioned all cusines are available. but for breakfast all we got is just one item. Never again to this place. They don't care about customer. They just need your money.

Very poor accommodation. Room was clean but the TV was not working. The dining area was not clean and was dusty .Also at midnight couldn’t sleep properly because of construction work happening there . We asked for an extra bed but didn’t provide it . Just for the food I am giving this poor . Otherwise I would give a solid Very poor

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. First of all, the check-in experience was terrible. Even though the official check-in time was 2 PM, I requested early check-in, which they said was not possible. Fair enough — but when I reached on time, they still made me wait at the reception for one full hour because they hadn’t even started cleaning the room until after I arrived. This was the most part of my stay. The service overall was very poor. The TV and landline in the room were only for show — neither of them worked. Also wifi was only available outside the room. And the drinking water bottles were not clean at all. I booked a room with a balcony, The chairs provided there were dirty, rusted, and in no condition to use. On top of that, construction work was going on across the property, leaving the surroundings dusty and unpleasant. Another big letdown was that the room had no air conditioning. For the price they charge, at the very least an A/C should have been provided. Without it, the stay felt very uncomfortable, especially considering how overpriced the property is compared to the quality offered. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, unclean facilities, no proper amenities, and overpriced rooms make it a place to avoid. The one-hour wait at reception up how badly managed the whole property is.

overall experience was nice.. rooms were clean and towels and toiletries were provided.. room was warm.. eas easily accessible from main road. was surrounded by beautiful tea plantations. staffs behavior was nice.. felt like staying in a wintage home. The restraunt by the resort was nice good food was provided.Hot water was available. overall the stay was nice.

I want to share my experience during my recent stay at the agin resort, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. Upon my arrival at 10:15 PM, the check-in process was disheartening, as I found the receptionist and staff to be quite careless. To make matters worse, I received an incorrect navigation map via email and was given incorrect directions over the phone, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. Once I got to my room, the condition was far from acceptable. There was a musty smell lurking everywhere, and the cleanliness left much to be desired—unclean pillows and bed sheets, and a generally neglected atmosphere. The noise from rowdy guests in the hallways made it uncomfortable, especially for those traveling with family. To top it off, I encountered dust and waste spilling from the washbasin and shower, along with unclean surfaces in both the toilets and on the walls. I documented everything with photos and videos as proof of these issues. It's clear that the agin resort needs to step up its vigilance in maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction to truly provide a welcoming environment.

Its in the main junction kuttikanam, rooms are average, toiles are not maintained well.

Property is at a good location, nice views. Room is good. Balcony felt like name sake and not useful as view is towards the road and privacy issues. Service is good. Food is good. Well maintained. There is an amazingly maintained beer & wine floor. Overall a good place and enjoyed the stay and food here.

The hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom door has issues, and the tap handle is broken, making it difficult to use. The wi-fi has no range, and it is very hard to get network coverage. I do not recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its location on a very scenic and misty hill top. The wine and beer restaurant on the top floor is also very nice and attracts a good crowd. The rooms are pretty basic. The room service is average. When i got up in the morning and tried to go out for a walk, the front door in the main hall was locked and i couldn't locate any staff. I had to open the doors myself with the keys they kept on their reception table drawer. Similarly when i wanted to check out i had to wait 15 minutes to find their staff who was outside somewhere in their premises. The phones were not answered as they were away.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room's cleanliness and maintenance were subpar. Specifically, dirty carpets, broken lamp. Service staff responsiveness was also slow. I hope you'll address these concerns to improve future guest experiences. Thank you

Agin court is just 1 km from kuttikanam. Budget friendly rooms with proper amenities and plenty of parking space. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend for bachelors and couples.

Room and amenities cleanliness was poor, breakfast average. Location accessible. Tv not working.
