Review Of Hotel Heritage Plaza

On "Make my Trip" application the Deluxe room size is shown as 350 sq feet, the room we stayed (Room no 401, on ground floor) was hardly 100 sq feet. Small and suffocating.

Loved that it was near to the temple we were visiting and the room was neat and clean. The staff were well mannered and respectful. The food was great too. Overall, loved our stay there. It was excellent.

Even though i booked late and received confirmation from makemytrip, the hotel people denied my occupancy, since there was a lag in coominication from makemytrip to hotel; that too after myself calling makemytrip helpline. It was late night and the receptionist initially advice me to look for different hotel and he agreed to refund, once he get confirmation from makemytrip. This was pathetic situation and git surprised to hear those words. After arguing for more than 1/2 an he, they allotted the room. Not interested

Their services are great. The place is good to stay as a group for functions. All the mentioned facilities are available.

The property is really very large and well furnished. We were the lone guests during our time of stay. This may be due to the fact that vaikom mahadev temple is the only place of tourist attraction of vaikom and may be during the religious festival days the hotel may get more guests. The rooms are well furnished and luxurious. It was disappointing that the hotel does not provide a simple vegetarian meal for lunch. The hotel should give importance to vegetarian food in view of the fact that mahadev temple is the major attraction of the place and the guests will be mostly pilgrims.

It was truly a beautiful location and the qualities of the property was built up with heritage standard. we all group enjoyed a lot in the campus of the property.
