Location and food is good. However the amenities, management, services are bad. Property is old and not cleaned or repaired properly

very pathetic hotel ever i have seen the services are worst they dont listen to you i ordered coffee and waited for 2 hours. they dont pick the phone also .never go to this hotel

very bad experience with the service . first I visited the same hotel in 2016 that time it was feel good and service also good . but this time .. you have to call again and again for any requirement. they will not come to you they just say on call like okay sir .. after that no result . in the mid night after 11 o clock . you won't be able to connect reception. mene kam se kam 7 se 8 bar room cleaning k liye call Kiya but 2 ghante baad mujhe khud ko hi banda pakadkr saf karvana pada . no body gonna help you for your dropp off or vehicle arrangment while you are going to miss your flight or train . unhe kuch fark nahi padta hai customer se . mere samne hi reception par isi bat par ek customer hath uthane par aa gya tha . very very very bad service . room ka maintaining b due hai . har chij me defect hai . freshness nahi hai
