    Apart from service issues the stay was comfortable. but despite picking up for complementary breakfast and paying for the same didn't print breakfast and had eaten my money.

    The hotel was good, and the cleanliness was also good. The hotel's lift operates with a key card, which didn't feel right. The breakfast was good, the food was okay, but its cost was very high, over budget, which should be corrected. The room cost is already high, and the food being more expensive than that feels like a rip-off. The staff was good, and everything else was fine. Some suggestions for improvement: - Consider alternative methods for operating the lift that are more user-friendly. - Review the pricing of the food to make it more competitive and reasonable. - Provide more transparency about the costs to avoid any surprises for guests.
