The property is amazing. All the staff of The Chitwan Resort are helpful. The location is very peaceful. Also the food is very tasteful, fresh and healthy. The whole property is neat and clean. Also the management and services are better than others.

The property is a bit old and not maintained properly. Rooms are smelly. The staff is unprofessional. They charge you more than double the MRP of the items ( for ex. 10/- coke was charged 75/-)pros good location. The staff is very slow and maintenance issues.

Good and Decent property right at the entrance of Ajmer when travelling from Jaipur. Food was good breakfast was also decent

Room is Ok for a Transit stay. i was cmng in frm Delhi travelling to Udaipur. food is decent. Calm & serene surroundings Place has access to Pool, Lawn tennis court & many other outdoor games.

Average stay
Property is overrated, nearby no hotels, no transportation, no medical shops, no general stores, no auto cab available. Hotel has no wifi. Food is great. Breakfast is awesome. Better to stay in ajmer. At least uber is available and restaurants are available

Great stay
Had a great stay. Property is neat and clean with big rooms. Big garden and pool. Value for money.

In this resort not lift. In the room not proper facilities like saving kit,oil ,tooth brush & someone . Staff response is too much poor

There was no lift. In the room there was not proper things like saving kit, oil tooth brush. Response of staff was satisfactorily.

Terrible Stay
familyPoor customer service. The manager was unprofessional and unhelpful. Dirty rooms with lot of dust on all the stuff and furniture. Room was not cleaned before our checkin. Dirty hand towel in the room. Plumbing issue in the washroom was not resolved and the washroom leaked for our whole stay. They laid towels on the floor for the leaking water. Room was not changed. Asked for extra for room upgrade. Other room available was twin bed which is not acceptable for a married couple. Ac started leaking water as well in the middle of the night and the whole room was wet and the ac stopped working. No compensation was offered and not even an apology for the inconvenience. The manager said it was technical issue and nothing can be done about it. Pictures shows a beautiful luxurious palace looking hotel. However it's an old under maintained property. No public transport available to reach the property and its on the highway, far from the city. U have to do a taxi service which ask for unreasonable tarrifs. Ola and uber also not available.

The place is located nicely however the staff is very slow and bad to respond to the request for anything. They are understaffed and always only harp on the pricing. The upkeep of the place is good but the rooms smell mouldy. Basics like a room refrigerator is missing
