Bad Behavior
The hotel was good but the behaviour of the employees there was very bad. Hooliganism was going on there by the chef.And there was no Senior officer. there to whom we could complain.We had booked food with our hotel booking. But we had a lot of problems with the food.The hotel is good but the behaviour of the restaurant staff and their staff is very bad. We were staying in a hotel with our family but we did not find the hotel safe.There was no new decision about any type of foodAt the same time, he wrote down whatever menu he wanted and gave it to us.

Good Stay
The stay was really good and food was spectacular as well as their service but the only problem which I’ve faced there the washroom was smelling bad rest all the things were great over there thanks.

Food quality is good but in breakfast no buffe system. As per room prices are very high. On this prices more multiple option available on same location.

Hotel facilities are good, all staff members behaviour is nice but room size is so small because this price room available anywhere nice location and room size is king but sufficient space available in signature hotel.

Good Stay
we are taking 2 rooms from 15th August till 17th August for Mayo College Independence Day ceremony. The hotel is well equipped with all facilities. The food quality is good. The location is just opposite the Bis Stand. The size of the premium room bed is very very small but Executive room is perfect. The one thing should be advised for the cleaning i give 3 out of 5 that should be take care.

A Delightful Stay at Signature Hote
Amazing property total value for money the rooms were clean and very well maintained The staff is very well trained and absolutely delightful. We had a great experience with Gayatri at the front desk , A bellboy whose name I'm unable to recall was very helpful in our stay. Also Mr. Ashok who waited on us while we had a great dinner at the rooftop Booked the hotel in a hurry as we had to travel the next day but the experience turned out to be very enjoyable and relaxing. The food is delectable and the dining experience a joy. Menu options are really well thought out and special compliments to Chef Akshay for that don't even think twice about booking this location. it's an oasis in the middle of the desert Loved every bit of our 1 day stay and plan to come back soon

Poor Stay
Reception staff is not at all co operative. As per mm t black membership upgraded rooms were suppose to assigned however there wasn’t any upgraded room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Signature Hotel near the bus stand in Ajmer, and it was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the bus stand, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is immaculately clean, with modern, well-kept rooms, comfortable beds, and a peaceful, relaxing ambiance that made our stay incredibly enjoyable. What truly made this stay special was the amazing service, especially from Ms. Gaytri at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, warm, generous, and professional—the kind of person who makes you feel instantly at home. Her helpfulness and friendly demeanor were above and beyond, and she really added a personal touch to our experience. Another highlight was that the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out with no extra charges, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. It’s small acts of generosity like this that show how much they value their guests. I’m just a genuinely happy customer who had a wonderful stay and felt compelled to share it. If you’re planning to visit Ajmer, I wholeheartedly recommend Signature Hotel.
