The rooms are neat and clean with car parking facility. Room services are good.

Location is very much hard to search. It is in very narrow street. Strictly unsuitable for people coming by own vehicle as no parking space. Also unsuitable for Veg people as all non veg restaurants are near this hotel. But person can satisfy himself as per tariff.

Location is good as near by bus stand but crowed place facilities are some wt better pillow and bed are not good at clean

Hotel is not hygienic, location of that hotel also not good

They charged extra 500 for early check-in even though we have checked out before 24 hours

Need to mentaine tidy bed sheets and pillow covers.

Proximity to major centres like railway station, bus station, shopping centres is a great advantage. But they could have focused more on hygiene because the bathroom had foul smell all the time so the exhaust had to be kept on throughout the stay, rest everything alright

Good enough, good service, no signal, good washroom, good bed, good wifi, clear information, bad surroundings, secured hotel

Rooms was very congested not comfortable for two persons. Washroom was also very small in size. Tv not working and service tele phone not in functional. Staff was that much coperative.

The reception is bad they charged me extra 300 rs for no reason and worst behavior worst room bad service

The place is at a walking distance from majestic. The room was as described, however the room was not clean.

It is mentioned in make my trip rules that hotel will allow couple local i'd, even though my friend i'd was from other state, they question and not allowed us easy, my friend was very much embarrass, they stop us for 1 hr to get in to the room, the phone was not working, no towels, bed are very dirty, afterwards i ask for towel they gave a dirty one, worst environment, dirty roads garbage everywhere, but only thing is it's very close to bus stand, metro and railway station. No good restaurants are nearby, i won't recommend this to anyone

Worst experience receptionist acts as it's a hotel for himself to stay and does not like others coming. Asked to vacate hotel by 5 pm the same day giving the reason it's local id id. But clearly mentioned local id is allowed

Room was smelling. Staff was not good enough i didn't find this hotel as good not recommended
