The property was filthy, sepage everywhere, no curtains, stinking washrooms, dirty fans and linens. Later got to know about the purpose of visit, offered another room, full of seepage, cockroaches and unhygenic conditions. We had to leave the property at 12 am in the night since I was geyting alleryic reaction to room. Horrible, during night they shut the metal door close and lock it as of they are sealing the property.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The cleanliness of the room and overall maintenance could be improved. The service was slow, and the staff seemed less attentive than expected. Facilities such as air conditioning and hot water were not functioning properly during my stay. I believe the management has potential to improve, but as of now, I would not recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

No cleaning was done even when asked repeatedly. Poor response from the management. In my 4 day stay no sheets were changed or room was cleaned. Overall very bad stay just pocket friendly but rest all was too bad

The rooms were very bad. They took half an hour to clean after we reached the location. And they had also sold the rooms even though we had booked online and told that they were no rooms available, which is so irresponsible, very bad rooms, no dustbin, no pillow, no bedspread, bad, very, very, very bad, never seen this bad room in my whole life, I wouldn’t even stay there for free next time.

Really dissappointed... actually planned to stay for 2 days but checked out after 1 day. The room was terribly small, and the bed was dirty..even pillows were like rags and when asked to replace them they didnt have any in stock it seems. There was only 1 towel provided and when asked initially he said he would give me another but didnt even after asking. The room was really terrible...even the access card was not functioning properly...worthless experience..and when I asked for refund they refused to give back my amount...

Positives: - Very near to metro station - ⁠Reasonable tariff - ⁠Surrounded by hotels, bars and all facilities - ⁠Having TV, Fridge and Kettle - ⁠Spacious room Negatives: - Very dirty bathroom. - ⁠Cannot use the bucket and mugs. - ⁠Window screens with full of stains - ⁠The bed spreads. They never change it seems. Extremely dirty. - ⁠AC, fridge and kettle are available but won’t work. - ⁠Very very worst room service. The room service boys never come to your room to clean. The simply sit and talk. - ⁠No towels, soaps and other toiletries will be provided. Final words for management: Pleas improve the cleanliness of rooms and ensure they often change bed spreads. If you improve the room cleaning process, surely you will receive good reviews.

Got a dirty room. We felt bed linen was not changed and requested to change. Staff refused to change it. Wifi was not available.

The stay was overall good and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness could be improved — there was dust on the tables and shelves. The toilet needed better maintenance, and the fridge/mini cooler in the room wasn’t cooling properly. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Careless, unfriendly, rude and indescipline hotel staff from shift manager to workers. ow we hasn't paid salary since 3 months, frustrated employees. shocker

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking for two people, we were given a single-sharing room that was not suitable for two guests. The room was located on the ground floor and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided – we had to ask for everything, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, we were informed at the last moment that we could cancel the booking if we weren’t satisfied, which was unhelpful and frustrating given the timing. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.
