worst experience.Hotel refused to give room, very rude behaviour.Never book this hotel in future.

Facilities are as per need. Courties behaviour. Hygiene. Near to central railway station and hotel. Opposite to old and famous Siva Temple

Very disappointing experience. The hotel lacks even the basic facilities expected from a 2-star property, despite its 3-star claim. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. The service and customer support was extremely poor throughout our stay. To make matters worse, despite the substandard service, one of the staff members even asked for money for nasta. They do not value customers . Would not recommend

If you are finding budget hotel. This hotel is best for you and it's nearby majestic metro. You can plan anywhere to travel

This hotel is not maintaining properly. The behaviour of the staff is not good. Rooms are dirty. Bed sheet had a dirty smell. Only one advantage is it is just a 5 minutes walks from majestic metro station

Good for fresh up. Three bed room. Veg restaurant and near to metro station. Not that clean rooms

Located in prime area with easy connectivety, booked room with queen & 1 single cot, wheras they provided 3 single cot. Cleanliness & look is good, the ambiance of the is not good backside of hotel people are smoking that spoils mood of the stay. Room service is totally not good even drinking water is not provided. For family they would have allotted much more better room. Good for bachelor stay.

I am satisfied. And the price is ok according to the facilities they are provided, but service stuffs are little bit slower.

Good hotel, suitable for family stay

Pillow was not good, bed sheet dirty, hot water not coming, no room service.

Not proper management, provide me room no 0013 ac is not not working, then shifted me classic to executive room no refund. When i ask for refund only 50 rs difference they said. When i ask for cancel my next day booking, they are not ready for next refund also. Manager is to rude, as i'm outsider i can't do anything any how i managed 2 days.

Very worst experience

This is like an old lodge with outdated amenities. They are at-least 25 years back from their contemporaries. Staff are really hostile and arrogant not recommended at all.

Rooms were cleaned and staff was good had great experience for ladies and family hotel is safe, plus its service is very good

The rooms were in dirty condition with cigarette butts in bathroom. The overall hygiene of the hotel was pathetic. I will never recommend this hotel. The staff including the receptionist were ill mannered and not befitting those in the hospitality industry.

They don’t know the definition of hospitality and customer experience. Completely rude and arrogant especially the front office staff.

Staff was cooperative and friendly. Ckean rooms and wash rooms. Clean linen. Facade and lobby was nice.

It was best, their was no hot water on first say but after that their was. Clean rooms beautiful ambiance.

Service was good and staff was very kind enough and courteous. There are still many more can accomplished with cleanliness etc etc
