it was so difficult to find the location, it was away from location which was send to me.service was average.

An average hotel stay experience, hotel staff was not aaccepting my booking details, repeatedly called me to vacate the room. Finally i talk with customer care then only he agreed to stay there, very poor attitude from the guy who was in reception. There was no food in hotel even a kettle to make tea or coffe, he didn't even gave bath towel when asked he told given to laundry to wash. Next day he gave it. Toilet was dirty. Garbbage didnt removed. And power failure for long time. But these kind of behavior from hotel staff unacceptable.

We went to the location but there was no hotel, we tried to contact the property but the owner didn’t pick up. Because the property is from OYO we called them, they found out that it’s under maintenance... thankfully they gave us a new hotel but it was very stressful and well the house was simply not there.
