The stay was comfortable and the place was clean. The host was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Had a good experience overall

very bad experience.. management staff on reception is very worst..not even have a manners to talk to guests...he is talking very rudely each and every time and they told to checkout early 1 hour rather then the time listed on make my trip... services are also very poor...hair dryer is not working in room i have raised complaint so many times but always they ignored...and talked rudely...and if i book for another day..on MMT ..MMT shows confirm booking and they told ke that booking is still not confirmed our another guest will arrive then you have to cancel this and all... totally worst experience.. also i have booked stay for 3 days...and they denied For cleaning the room

No wifi, unclean bedding, cockroaches in room, no tea/coffee kit, cummord jet not working properly, reception desk most of the time empty.
