I recently booked a room for one night through MakeMyTrip and had a very disappointing experience. 1. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: As soon as we arrived, the elderly staff member at the reception started asking unnecessary and uncomfortable questions like “Where are you coming from?”, “What is the purpose?”, “Where is your luggage?” — even after showing a confirmed MMT booking. This made us feel very awkward and unwelcome. The staff also took our photos without properly explaining why. This was uncomfortable and felt completely unprofessional. 3. Poor Room Quality: The room was not up to the mark. The bed was uncomfortable, the maintenance was poor, and overall it didn’t match the listing shown on MMT. It felt like we were the only guests in the entire property, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. I hope the management improves staff behaviour, ensures guest privacy, and maintains the rooms properly. Not recommended.

I had a peaceful leisure over here, staff was so kind and polite, Location was nearby majestic, amenities were satisfying.

Bed was too poor and its not comfortable for 2 persons maintenance is too poor staff is not friendly bathroom also not good

Worst there are more cockroaches in beds bolcony is worst so dont stay hear

I checked the Hotel Prashant review on Facebook and location wise it was excellent,right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean,and service was very good. Budget friendly ,only thing is no food available in the hotel but very good hotels within walking distance for food.

The hotel was at a good location but the washroom was not in a good condition and hygiene was not well maintained.

Property is worst facilities also wash room is very bad

Whenever I am in Bangalore, I always stay at this place.It is centrally located.The rooms are clean and the best thing is that each room has its own balcony with a view of the city.The Management and Staff are also very courteous and always ready to help.

It's so nice to stay at the hotel. The staff is very supportive and he offered to stay 24 hr check out after he knows that i came for an exam. It's perfect for solo or business travelers. Very affordable and in the heart of the city is added advantage.
