Review Of Hotel Rotano Garden

I booked a twin bed and in the image they should two seperate single beds but there was a single twin bed only in the room. Apart from that all the amenities are fine.

Property stays very close to main road and easy accessible to public service and size of the room is nice and value to the money.

Pretty Decent room. I prefer this hotel for a comfortable stay frequently.

Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I recently stayed at Hotel Rotano Garden, Bengaluru (Booking ID: NH******8836) and my experience was very disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of basic comfort: The bathroom had a constant foul smell even after flushing and using fresheners, making it extremely unpleasant to use. The AC in the room was not working properly, and despite being switched on, the room remained hot and uncomfortable. These issues made my stay highly uncomfortable and not worth the money paid. The hotel facilities did not match the expectations set on your platform. I request MakeMyTrip to look into this matter seriously and provide a suitable refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I also urge you to review this property to ensure that other guests do not face the same issues in the future. Please update me at the earliest regarding the action being taken.

I travelled as a Solo traveller and booked a stay on 17th Sep. In this app, it is mentioned as flexible check in and the checkout will be 24hrs after that. but the hotel manager denied that and I requested he said okay. so, the check out should be 11am at any cost. and then Room wise it is neat and clean but the bedsheet, blankets and towels are washed but it has few marks which looks bad.

pleasant stay. Value for money. Bus stop is nearby. eateries are also near.

It was average good only i would say but there was no tissue or handwash in the room. We had an issue with the Ac but the owner was really nice he addressed our issue and gave us another room. overall it was nice as per budget.
