Food good. Location not bad. Facilities. Not good

It was a good stay there. The staff was very understanding and cooperative with everything. The hygiene and everything was also very good

The good thing is that the hotel was very near to the railway station , the room was average but with no additional amenities like locker , wardrobe and Tv connection.

Neat and clean space Staff is also good Owner is very polite and honest.

No dental kit, No Shampoo, Blanket and bedsheet were not properly cleaned.

The property owner did not allow us to check-in for 1 hour, after that he said dinner is not included, after that he said no towel and soap as this is a homestay. I need a full refund else I am going to share such a horrific experience on LinkedIn with all my colleagues , specially girls that how unsafe it is to book with you guys.

I stayed at hotel Grace, Chandigarh in April 2025. It was an average experience Location - outside the central part of Chandigarh, near rail station. Few hotels are nearby, but not good restaurants or markets. Property - rooms look old. Furnitures look new and modern. Floor & walls of the rooms and bathroom look oldish as if a home converted to hotel. Amenities - common amenities like handwash, shower gel, dental kits were available. Hair dryer, shampoo etc were not available. Hot water was available. Cleanliness - average. washroom was clean. Food - average quality, could not drink tea due to lack of palatability. Service - room service was available. Staffs were untrained but well behaved and helpful. Lack of professionalism was evident. To sum up Pros - not much to say Cons - oldish looking rooms not well decorated, lack of professionalism, Stay experience does not justify price.

The room looked clean but on actually noticing, there were strands of hair all over the bed and pillows. It looked like the room wasn't cleaned after the previous person who had stayed. It was pretty disappointing to see such bad hygiene. The sheets were also stained.

It was a nice stay, value for money, near railway station and Zirakpur. Location is very good. Host was very friendly.

2 double bed room was awesome for group. Very Clean hotel and tasty food and near to railway station and airport.

They didn't have lock for the room i have to keep things secured while going out of the room

Property is ok ok food is very bad need to improve room service too, asked bill at night to clear their bill due to early morning check out

Location is not ideal for tourists. Food was good. No amenities, tv, wifi doesn't work. Regarding Service Kapil was excellent.

Positives - 1. Very close to railway station 2. Interior was nice with very large reception 3. Rooms were also fine for occupancy of two 4. Dinner was tasty Negative - 1. The staff needs to be more attentive, experienced and courteous. I asked to keep extra bed for kids ready one hour before reaching but it took 1 hour after entering the room to get it ready that too when i reminded them thrice. 2. Whenever I called the provided number, it didn't get the regular professional happy response, although it wasn't rude as well. 3. We ordered noodles on arriving. It was super duper spicy. I don't know how the dinner was tasty. 4. Though we didn't have any problem there but the area where this is situated is inside a narrow lane and is village type. 5. I was traveling with wife and two kids. The room was ok for 2 but definitely not for 4. They should have accepted the booking accordingly or should have provided the room accordingly.

Reception is good.the hotel staff promptly attended the wants and issues during my stay
