It was good stay but not excellent . Service was good.locatiln is excellent

The stay was good, room was spacious. The room could have been maintained more well but per the price it was decent. Just the furniture seemed a bit old.

First of all lift is not available. Food was ok but overall experience was not good

Rooms not clean and cowded with old furnitures. Curtains age old Bathroom bucket and jug unhygenic

average, nice location, costly as compared to other near by property. next time, I would prefer to book through offline..

Not at par with the rates, they charge. AC not working properly , had to call room service repeatedly to fix it

Property is really good and all the staff members are very much helpful and polite. Location is also very convenient.

Its not a very good place but a shabby one but in crisis you can adjust for a night cleanliness is not very apt. switches do not work properly

No hot water available, washroom door where were broken.

They gave us first floor room. There is lot of noise due to ongoing party on ground floor. We dont have any pa-articular choice for north indian food. Light were too dim in room. I asked them two or three times regarding noise but no response. This was the terrible experience. No window in rooms. But its not worth the price

Location of the property is good as it is in the centre of chandigarh , it is easily accessible and has all kind of services nearby. all sectors are approachable.

Rooms are not upto the mark as its price. Everything else was good. Dentistry kit is not there in the washroom and towels were not that clean.

Room was old style not proper clean.food quality was poor .all over stay was poor. Reception was too much compact.

Very small and smelly rooms, no curtain in one of our rooms, only 1 towel was provided, linens were dirty and staff broke our suitcase.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to davinder, who was extremely helpful and kind. His cooperative attitude made the experience even better. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with excellent service. Highly recommend!

the stay was very fantastic for me. whole staff is very co-operative and specially mr ranjit singh is very humble and helpfull there. such a nice stay in hotel metro . 👍🏻

Room was neat and clean and staff is very co operative as well hotel environment is also very calm.

Room was too small and foul smelling with limited /no options on the menu. Only basic north indian food options were available with no bar menu and no dining option.

It was good experience arrangements were extremely nice and service also very good like to visit next time
