Review Of Hotel Diamond Palace

Room we’re not there where I booked. They relocated us to another nearby hotel.

In reception no system and no facilities for for driver. So drivers are using our rooms. Luckage handling is very hard at hotel.

The room was not clean. And they have kept a separate room The hotel service was the worst. There was no facility of hot water. The ac was also not working. Sabse bakwas hotel ka experience raha haj,

I will book this room not giving another room giving i will asking hotel person i will book that time showing one room you giving another room see telling you booking this i will given another person. This hotel very bad. I don't have image i am not take photo

Poor hygiene. Staff behaviour was not good. Too high stairs, not suitable for senior citizens.

Stay was good. Cleanliness & hygiene was maintained. Staff behaviour was cooperative.

Poor service room's are not matain properly

Rooms were not clean, bedsheet was stained and blanket was too dirty. All over not good expirience.
