Good hotel location near railway and Bus station within 1km. Staff are helpful. Within budget.

The photos of room shared and the room totally different they were terrible worst and the cleaning was not properly done and the room switch boards are full old and shaking mainly they have only given only 2pillows and 1 bed sheet for three people Also maintains is not properly done in the washroom the washroom lock was fully stucking it's difficult to open for older persons if they stuck in what the case..!

Room lighting, bed, mattress, table, sofa, intercom service was good. Bedsheet, pillow cover was neat and clean. Fan was running with full speed and it's speed regulator was not working. Washroom was having basket, mug, toilet seat 🚽, washbasin. But Washbasin drain pipe throwing exit water from pipe on the floor. Flush button was not working properly. Washroom door was not getting locked from outside. washroom mirror was broken. No toilet soap or hand wash liquid in the washroom. Normal drinking water was given in mug and there was no kettle. Torn blanket was having multiple cloths.

Old rooms, need more cleaning Bedsheets are not clean and beds are not comfortable. No hot water, only available during the morning time. AC is not working every time, they are controlling at backend. Friendly staff Need lot of improvements.

it's away from bus station and railway station. so need of auto or cab for travel. also no nearby restaurants to take food. reception peoples are good in hospitality

it's near to the railway station but can't walk because it's terrible under flyover to walk and not 24/7 hot water and room is not clean and facilities like TV not working

The stay was not bad , the washrooms were not well maintained and the rooms didn't have proper ventilation , the staff were friendly, we didn't receive any bedspreads

There are lots of cockroaches in the room bed sheets are so dirty. Rooms are not cleaned by staff.

As described check with hotel facilities staff and good location near to busstand and railway good and soft polite behaviour with customer support

Rooms are good and getting with affordable price. Maintenance ie very good. They will respond in nice manner. Thank you GK Groups

Hotel is near to railway station & the location is good. Rooms were clean & well maintained & hotel staff were friendly/co-operative. Overall, our stay at this hotel was good.

Hotel is good but in wash room water is flowing in floor ,water is not going in ninedrop.some mosquitoes are in side the room

Disadvantages: 1)The bathroom flush (Coboard flush) is not working. I informed the management, but there was no response. 2)My mobile charger does not work with the power socket due to low voltage. 3)The bathroom door has an issue — it cannot be locked from outside. Advantages: Budget-friendly. 1)Suitable for bachelors, as they can manage with minor issues. 2)The room looks okay, but there are no hangers inside the bedroom.

Toilets are very dirty, it's pathetic. They don't provide slippers and there are small cockroach in the hotel room.
