Rooms doesn't have windows, congested rooms, can't stay

room is not good google map location and hotel location is total different. a/c not worked in the time.

The place is neat and hygienic. Good place for family stays.

Budget friendly big rooms. Location on gmap needs to be updated

The worst room was very very small, filled with a cigarette smell, very bad service and after checking because of these issues we checked out immediately without bothering about money. Very bad experience never faced

Bk d in sir i res. But allotted in vaishnavi which was totally worse room. It is such experience 1st time with you. Now i doubt whether i will do the booking with you in future. There was no cleaniless, hygienic etc. I am totally unsatisfied please don't recommend it for any decent customers. There was no responsible person available to complain. You may charge reasonable but with at-lest average standard. Since i was new in tirupati i made mistake to advance bkg through you.

Nice super room, ac ,all super very clean and neat rooms.

Im giving this residency a five star. Just because of the politeness and loyalty of the owner. Trust me. U may not find such a pleasing hospitality everywhere but here. Note:its not luxurious but satisfying. You know what i mean
