They have charge me extra a 1400. I have booked for 3 person and 1 child and they offer us one double bed room. Impossible for us to reside in tgat room theteafter they extort money n we have no option as we have already pay

The stay was really a bad experience. There was no proper management. The room which we were allotted was too untidy. The washroom was dirty. The bed sheets had stains on it. After we checked in we requested them to clean the washroom, and then they did the job. Worst place to stay in.

Pathetic service, shocked to see that bed linen was not washed at all and was heavily soiled! only lord balaji should know when was the floor cleaned as it was greasy! totally unacceptable standards, infact, no standards at all!

An average stay at pearl stays

Booked a triple deluxe room with mm t but hotel system shows only standard room which is the glitch from mm t side hotel people are kind enough to give the room which i booked but that happened 6 hrs late after checkin multiple time powercuts, they don't even have the facility to serve a paid tea service which is a very basic need. From my side 1 star for pearl stays

They have kitchen as bedroom and giving it as ac room even for double occupancy, the bathroom is totally different than shown in pics and no pest control at all

We have inspected and fixed all the fittings as the building is still under service warranty it might took a little time to address. As the name suggests the room is compact and we have very few such rooms to provide at very budget friendly price with all amenities as other large rooms.

We had a hearty n peaceful stay at pearl stays. Ideal for thirupathi, tirumala darshan. Good parking at basement. Lift from basement itself, so no worries for seniors. Very peaceful n homely stay. Loved it!
