Hotel was not clean to say the least. Washroom was bad, Linen didn't feel clean. Absolutely forgettable stay

Mattress was old and broken There was gap between the two Mattresses and had bumps as well. Washroom was not clean. The toilet seat was dirty. Towels were not properly washed, had stains and were damp.

Great location close to metro, big and well equipped room, clean and reasonably priced. I needed a day's stay for work and this worked out perfectly

Terrible Sta
The stay was terrible. Original room was different, upon arrival they have provided us with a room which has no sunlight whereas at the time of booking the photos displayed were reflecting a balcony and city view. When i requested them to change the room, the lady at reception gave strange look. When i asked them that photos displayed while booking were different then they first asked us to pay extra for that room and then upon further request they provided us with a ground floor with no view, smelly walls, charging sockets not working, old fashioned washroom, Smart TV not working etc. Please do not visit here, you can find many other better properties at this price.

It was net and clean. The condition of wash room is poor. I think they are charging higher for that standard!

Poor Stay
The hotel is not good, if you have previously experienced good hotels, but that's just come down to what you pay, however, i particularly didn't liked the front desk though, the girl at the reception is rude.

Bad experience.
Tv network are not working even tried by service boy tap handle come out in hand self get locked in toilet. Provided normal room instead of dexule room food taste was awesome.

The lodging experience was deemed satisfactory with no major concerns encountered. However, there remains ample room for improvement in the quality of food offered on-site. Despite our ongoing preference to patronize this establishment, we have consistently been met with disappointment in the quality of the cuisine provided. Although the staff and front desk team displayed adequate responsiveness, there is a need to enhance the level of attention given to bathroom cleanliness.

Average Stay
The hotel room was pretty decent and clean. The washroom smelled really bad. I asked the housekeeping to clean it or give us air freshners, but they didn't. The food was not good. The hotel staff was really great though, they were helpful with our odd arrival timings and check out too. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay.
