Poor Stay
Hotel was not good because AC was not working, Lift not working due Light issue. No Parking. I am not happy with this Hotel booking. Wash room wash not clean, no Towel. Bad smell on room.

Horror /Pathetic/Terrific Stay in Vrinda
i was scammed .whole night I was connecting call to customer care for help but no help received regarding my hotel I was in dark as there was no electricity and pawer back up.there is no bath soap,no Towel,no electricity,was room was dirty,whole night requested for refund and called to customer care but no one help.its a pathetic service from" make my trip and hotel" .might be make my trip taking higher commission from such hotel this is the only reason such type of hotel available on make my trip portal. which I received in night for uploading photo but after uploading photo customer care said we have mailed to owner for refund but no such refund initiated. after waiting long I left the hotel
