property is walking distance from Prem Mandir and Iskcon. very hygiene and peaceful ambience. Rooms and outdoor space are quite spacious. Prompt service and good veg food without Onion and Garlic.

Hotel was not upto the standard, washroom was not clean once, person sitting at reception was not that professional however main staff member was still trying to make this sorted.

Property location - no rickshaw or auto will drop you till hotel gate, they will drop you 1 km away from hotel food- hotel don't have restaurant, for anything you need to walk to prem mandir, roughly 1 km away from hotel. We used zomato service amenities - ac will not work in case of power failure, they don' t have power backup for ac, & power failure happens quite frequently here. Room is 1 rk, means, some portion of room is made as kitchen. No toiletries in toilet is provided. Landline phone in room was not working. This is very basic hotel with over hyped price.

Location of hotel was good but service was poor. Spare towels were not available. Tv remote broken, and no spare remote provided. Room was average. Not value for money.

The overall experience was not very comfortable. The rooms and washrooms were not up to the mark as per the price. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

We had early check in for which i had prior asked from hotel. That time they said its okay u can come few hours early we will provide u your room. But when we reached they charged 1000 rs extra for that. That was disappointing. Rest rooms were good and spacious.

Stay was average. Rooms were ill ventilated and not cleaned on daily basis. Also food was not good. Only thing to praise was the tea. No pics with me

There is no safety features in room. No fire extinguisher and hydrant system. No sprinklers and smoke detectors installation for fire prevention. T v adapter was also damage, which is creating electrical hazard. Very conjusted area for emergency services. Very difficult to reach during emergency.

Property location is fine. We didn't use food but they are serving tea in paper cup like a road side tea shop

The only good thing about it is the location, the rest everything is bad. Location is very near to prem mandir but it happens to be a problem because the road was blocked by police.

Hotel room arrangement is average, cleaning is average & service is average & tv had one chanel, everything wasn't not quite with the cost.

It was very neat and clean, service is very good, it's very close to prem mandir and iskon temple. You can get good quality food and snacks.

Bad service bad room condition. Leakage in the bathroom. Water overflow 24*7. Veg bad experience. 1* from my side.
