Pros - owner is very co-operative gave us early check in. Property is in good society. Easily accessible cons needs proper maintenance. Maid not ready to clean had cob webs most frustrating is red ants all over bed, cupboards to food shelf all this because of non maintenance. We had infant who had suffered a lot due to red ants in bed. So after paying for such premium apartment if you face this, the entire experience becomes toxic. Need proper cleaning and supervision.

Thanks for you review Mr Anurag, Ants were in the apartment as there was food left over in open on bed, kitchen and tables. Maid can come only once a day for cleaning, but if the apartment is kept dirty then ants would come. Regarding cob webs …it is rainy season here and very susceptible to cobwebs coming up within few hours…nevertheless on daily basis the maid has cleaned everything thing …even put extra on your instructions. Also i would like to mention here even if you are paying for a property that does not mean you act rudely with the maid.

In my whole life i have never been stay in such beautiful home with an affordable price where i got mini friz, chimneys, induction and all utensils for cooking.
