Terrible Stay

We booked a Super Deluxe Room with two beds at Dixit Residency, expecting a comfortable stay for four people. However, as soon as it was time to check in, we were denied availability, even though our booking was confirmed. Instead of honoring our booking, they gave us a room with only one bed, making it extremely inconvenient for all of us. To make things worse, when we raised the issue and requested a refund (which was clearly their fault due to non-availability), they denied giving a full refund, showing a complete lack of accountability. The basic services were extremely poor—they couldn’t even provide enough towels, proper bedsheets, or even basic tea/coffee. The overall experience was frustrating, and the management was unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Avoid at all costs!
