Everything is good but they should improve for drinking water facility, There is a Network issue in the roomat each floor

I found the details of this place online. My friends and I decided to go on a Mysore trip for 1.5 days and hence required a place to stay overnight. On the website we checked the rooms and amenities and found it to be satisfactory but on arriving there we realised how small the rooms are, and the "extra facilities" like tv don't work along with the water supply sometimes. The rooms were comfortable overall but a few problems. The overall experience was average. The pros of this hotel were the comfortability and cleanliness. Most of the details and pictures on the website were relevant to what the hotel provided however, sometimes water supply problems persisted and the extra amenities separately mentioned such as tv was a disappointment as it didn't work. Cupboards didn't have hangers and weren't clean either, lots, of dust. In the end the location was fine, locatable easily and easy to travel from with good restaurants nearby for the meals of the day.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. Also they cut off the power in the morning even before checkout time

Hospitality was very poor. Property is very old no lift we need to carry our bags to 3rd floor it is very difficult for elderly persons. They don’t provide basis things like water bottles, bathrooms are not hygiene they don’t provide bath towels, toothpaste brush soap nothing they provide. Also they are very unprofessionals they ask us buy all those things

Nice and decent stay. Simple room with basic necessities. Night staffs are very helpful. No lift but still will recommend.

Well it was cheaper comparatively and as per that the facility provided was good. The room was clean and spacious. The location of hotel was at good place from where most of the spots are within 5 km and had good restaurants nearby.

Stay was good, and budget hotel in Mysuru No much expectations, if you come with family Stay was good with budget friendly hotel, going with friends can be adjusted Cannot expect more & its a average, while going with family

It was a very bad experience. There was no hot water, no TV, and the room was much smaller than showns. The bathroom was also in terrible condition. When I raised these issues with the reception staff, he simply said they couldn’t do anything This was a disappointing experience that we never expected.

You get a good bedroom with hotwater supply and all other amedities,if you looking for luxury or high standards consider first work hard and not look for a hotel under this budget,worth money ! good staff and please keep in mind unmarried couples are not allowed,early chekin is allowed for us with a 300 extra charge which is quite good

Location is good. It is near to railway station and parade grounds... Facilities not that much good... Increased fares 3 times higher due to dasara celebrations.

Located at a prime location with good transportation facilities. No food service available.

Amenities are good for Guests. Excellent Room Service. But some amenities are needed. For instance, Lift; Morning Newspaper; Locker after stay period; TV; cloth Hangers, etc. AUTO drivers seem to be unaware of Hotel.
