1/5 stars - avoid this hotel! "i had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and it was a disaster! the beds were extremely uncomfortable and infested with bed bugs. The overall experience was sub-par and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take serious measures to improve the cleanliness and comfort of their rooms. Until then, stay far away" or, if you want a shorter version: *1/5 stars - poor experience* "uncomfortable beds, bed bugs, and a overall poor experience. Not recommended. Needs significant improvement in cleanliness and comfort.

Poor Stay
Room was not that great, they said they will change but they didn't. The room service was horrible, they served food in paper plates. It's ok ok for 1 or 2 days visit max. Not that great of an experience

Excellent Stay
Well maintained clean rooms and infrastructure and very friendly staffs. Food was yummy and great location to stay for friends and family. Overall it was great experience.

Poor Stay
I had came with expection that my accommodation will be ready and good. My check in time is 12pm but i reached here at 5 or 5;30 till than the room is not ready. Then they cleaned superficially and gave me room unsanitized. Such a disgusting and attitude and maintenance. The room they allotted me kind of classic room facilities but they are claiming as deluxe ac room, no chair to sit and eat, very small room than other places where i stayed. . The room fresher they are using is such a cheap material and may harm your lung. Such a strong and unpleasant odor. For photos it looks like ok but not actually. No regional channels to watch. Even i informed them but don't know when will i get it

Food, hygiene and safety
Food is good here. From simple to spice, different types of food available. Room service is good too. For hygiene part i have a complain. There were many tiny cockroaches in the room. You might notice some here and there. For safery, yes it is safe area plus market is near by so you can enjoy that.

A nest of cockroaches
The room was full of cockroaches, tiny cockroaches. Crawling through the bed, wardrobe, bathroom, everywhere. The room had the same foul smell of cockroach eggs. The room service boy gave me a bottled water, when I checked it, it was already opened and it was not filled with mineral water.
