The stay was exquisite. The location is near one side road . Great for couples or families . The staff is very supportive and cooperative. Genuine as much as they can be. The main guy at reception is very helpful. Cleanliness is maintained at all times . Also it's budget friendly.

Excellent Stay

The hotel staff is very polite and understanding of our requirements. They were a big help in making our stay comfortable and also supported us after our trip. Bad mangament and cleaning staff.
Room cleaning wasn't done ,even after we left keys for more than 10 hours,and at evening when we came back after our day travel,we said them to clean ,hotel staff just ignored us,after calling them 3-4 times.

Dear Sunil Patel, We are sorry to say this sir. We consider this review as a fake review. As it is a new hotel sir we always ready to serve our customers before they even mention. This would never happen at our hotel. We assure every point is cleaned properly and provide room only after properly sanitized. Our housekeeping team of 8 members is always enthusiastic in there work. We strongly remember that you have booked 3 rooms. While you are going out you didn't gave us any keys at that time. Later you directly met us and asked for the room service and we did it immediately sir. I understand that you are upset only because you asked discount for the extended day which we couldn't able to fulfil because your room price was already in discount. We cant give extra discount on a discounted price it is beyond our policy. Because of this review it will effect on our service and business so kindly please understand and requesting to remove it sir. Thank you, Team Hotel Emerald.

The room was very neat and clean and the staff were very polite. The hotel was located on a prime location. This property was located in a prime location. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned. The bathroom was very nice and hygienic. The staffs are very supportive and professional.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations sir. But we couldn't able to understand what is so pathetic in our hotel sir. We are so upset that you have spoiled our bedsheet and comforter with stains. We didnt ask you nor request for any charges. We even upgraded you for premium room for free of cost sir due to unavailability of executive rooms. Even though we are feeling sorry for ur unknown bad experience sir. But we expecting that you could have mentioned something which we can change it or improvise in our maintenance. Bcz its a new hotel in town and our team is also little enthusiastic in there work. Hotel emerald at vizag is average rooms are neat and clean though there are windows not one window can b opened but sealed They do not look provide Atleast 10/- shampoo and 10:- soap There is no place to keep toiletries item in the bathroom No guest toilet at all Regarding tv they do not have proper channels at all

Hi sir, We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We provide shampoo and soap for each and every rooms sir that is the basic toiletries we provide. Sorry for trouble if it isn't there in the washroom. Since its a smart TV we don't have cable channels sir. We have subscription for Hotstar and Youtube. Thank you for the feedback sir.
