Simple, clean, tidy rooms with simple local staff. Place is great for small scale businessmen who are looking for a safe n clean place to park their luggage, freshen up, finish their meets n return to sleep. Value for money.

Worst experience, rooms were stinking, towel given was dirty and stained. Reception staff was egoistic and arrogant. Pics shown are far from the real condition of rooms.

Starting with the rooms, they are so small that u cannot even for 2 big bags forget about fitting one extra mattress. It felt like there was a function at the house and everyone is staying in the same family fitting in somehow. Secondly, the washroom had no proper amenities, there was no dustbin and the jetspray was just sprinkling water. And the final thing, no one came for room cleaning during our stay. The dustbin was full and no efforts were made to even ask if we require room cleaning. It seems like they clean it only when you check out. Extremely small room even for one person. The hotel was inside a building which had 2-3 other hotel consisting of 8-10 rooms on the same floor. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Although the staff is good and try to accommodate with whatever they have, they have little to nothing they can do about above issues.

We reached the hotel at 1a. M and were given room 402. Which was filled with the dense smell of smoke (cigarettes or what not sure) the walls were dirty with the spit of tobacco. The whole night we felt suffocated because of the smell of the smoke, the toilet seat was broken or to be precise it was not there. The bedsheet was full of hairs (horrible. This all happened even after my prior request of getting a hygienic and clean room as i was traveling with my kid. When i requested the person at the moment to change the room, he said this is the only. Room. If this we get on prior bookings and 4 star rating, then trust is a small word.

Nice place to visit and have a good quality time. No disturbance. Have basic amenities. Easy access to nearby eateries.

Situated on the 4th Floor of a commercial building. Dirty and smelly building entrance. Room was Ok, but linen was dirty inspite of calling and telling them to put fresh linen.

Good stay and comfortable space. At the prime location and easily available. Don't come by google location check location from mmt.

Washroom are not cleaned room size are too small. No proper service at all hotel staff playing reels whole night not able to slip properly because of noise.
