Stay was good, but in that area be extra careful. I lost my iphone in that area. I don't know whom to blame but i feel, one must be careful, especially from rickshaw wallahs. . Hotel was comfortable

Food was excellent, room was spacious (family room) with 2 king sized beds, enough for 4 people. Washroom was clean with all toiletries. Staff was polite. They do arrange for taxi services for traveling and sightseeing (charged separately. Dining is decent. Room service is excellent. Overall stay was excellent

Hotel rooms are good but not recommended for a family stay because of unsocial behaviour of service boys. Exchange of abuse between them is a common thing, which makes a family stay quite embarrassing. Attendants at reception are well behaved though.

The location is easily accessible. It is around 2 km from golden temple. Pros: ample car parking space. Clean rooms. Well behaved reception desk. Cons: expect only what is insisted for. Even cleaning the room shall happen only after you request for it. Food is expensive, prefer dining out.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Experience is good and the staff is very humble. They provided room for an extra 1 hr even after my check out.

Very bad. We booked two rooms none of the tvs were working. We took room package with breakfast paying 600 rs more. They are fooling clients by just giving limited breakfast menu in a prepaid breakfast. They only have buter toast. Omlete n tea coffee for prepaid breakfast. I ordered milk instead of tea coffee. And was charged 160 rs extra for same. milk was full of water. No room cleaner comes for continued stay to replace the toiletories. Nor they gave water botle on the second day of stay. We had to ask extra which was again chargeable. For every day 1 litee water is normally complimentary at other hotels. Because we are paying full day rent that too along with breakfast. Nvr visiting again

It was an average stay, as we didn't get good breakfast on 2nd stay. They didn't have set top box for tv, so tv was not working. Other than that stay was good. Thanks. Don't have photograph of hotel. Thanks
